Student Flat
If your choice is living in a student flat you will have to share it with another 3 or 5 students. They could be foreign or native Spanish students, as you prefer. Student flats are not very luxurious but they have all the basic facilities. Each flat has a living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and iron. You share the kitchen, the bathroom and the living room and, together, keep the flat clean.
From 190 EURO to 250 EURO individual room per month
The ‘community rules’ of sharing a flat include an agreement that you will also be responsible for certain things: e. g. contributing towards the cleaning of the flat, cooking your own food and always remembering to respect your flatmates and neighbours.
